Returns Policy

Our aim is that all of our products reach you in perfect condition. All items always leave our warehouse handled & packed with care, however due to courier handling, the outer packaging and some items may be out of place once they reach you. We apologise in advance!

Need to Return Something..?

You have a legal right to cancel a contract which starts from the date we confirm your order has been despatched, which is when the contract between us is formed. If the products have already been delivered to you, you have a period of fourteen days in which you may cancel, starting from the day after you receive the products. Days mean calendar days, including weekends and public holidays.

 

Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you inform us of your right to cancel.

 

Where the products have already been delivered to you, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products.

 

If you are cancelling your order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to pay the costs for returning the goods if the goods have already been despatched.

 

You may lose your right to cancel if you: 

unseal goods- they will not be suitable for return if they are unsealed, due to health protection and hygiene reasons. Dermarollers are non refundable due to health, safety and hygiene, therefore any kit returns will result in a £20 deduction for the roller.

Services Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please call or email at least 72 hours in advance. Since we turn away other clients to hold your reservation, any cancellations with less than 72 hour’s notice will result in charges on your credit card or account (or the equivalent deduction from gift certificates, courses etc..)
For group Bookings or Parties atleast 14 Days Notice is required to cancel or change the date of the party, if you do not give us enough notice we will keep the deposit to cover the costs.

Deposits

Strictly no refund under any circumstances. Appointments can only be rescheduled within 72 hours of the original appointment without losing the deposit.  If the appointment has been made within the 72 hour period, unfortunately you will lose your deposit and/or session.

Therapist / Staff illness

Unfortunately we might have to cancel your appointments due to therapist/staff illness and emergency. Please rest assured that in such events our first option will be to move your appointment to another therapist on the same day that can accommodate your treatment. In the case that we cannot reschedule your appointment in the same day we will have to cancel your appointment and rebook you for another day. We will notify you as soon as we can if we need to cancel your appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for one year after purchase, and are no longer valid once they expire. To return an item purchased by gift card, your refund will be issued back onto your gift card.  Gift cards are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.  Gift cards purchased online are valid to purchase products via the online store. E-gift cards may be used in the salon at the salons discretion.
